If there’s one piece of advice, I can give to anyone in this industry… it would be to be Honest!!!
If the plants don’t exactly reach 36in say that.
If your driver hit traffic and is running 20 min behind… call your customer and let them know.
And most importantly… if you don’t actually believe the plants are A+ quality… mention that!
Just being honest will help more with customer rapport than just about anything else you could do.
Don’t waste your time and most importantly don’t waste theirs!!!

This year has come to an end and I can say this year grew a whole lot. We are grateful for all the ups and all the downs. Thank you to all our amazing clients and our amazing providers, without you guys this year wouldn’t have been possible. 2023 is going to be a complete takeover!! We are coming for it all and leveling up in all ways and continuing to provide only the best quality. I also would like to thank my amazing partner for always supporting and helping me out through it all. Finally I would like to thank my team. I couldn’t have asked for a better one . They are the backbone of our company. Thank you for all the hard work you guys put in day in and day out. With that being said let’s start the new year with a BANG !
