We are friends with some local woodworkers. Sometimes when their in-house finishing shop gets overloaded, they asked us for help. This job was quite a challenge for our little spray shop.. The assignment: prime and apply trim enamel to hundreds of louvers for some custom built interior shutters.

We transformed this library with a sprayed enamel finish in Narragansett green.

This 8 foot tall door is finished with Sivam coatings. What a wonderful product to work with!
We used their primer too. This is a single component product that sprays nicely, dries fast, and has this beautiful, buttery smooth, yet super durable finish.
Props to the paint rep who pushed us in this direction!!
This door needs a few finishing touches and its ready for install.

We used Envirolak Coatings to refinish this antique drop leaf table. The finish is beautiful, durable, and exactly what the customer wanted!

This antique drop leaf table from Duneland Beach is getting a cabinet grade 2k poly finish.

A custom 8' door from Grand Beach that is getting sprayed with a new-to-us product that we are super excited to work with.

Like it never happened!
This ceiling had a huge crack and water damage from a previous roof leak...
The homeowner made the right choice when he called ZABA LLC. Not only did we repair the damage, we also achieved a perfect paint color match. This lakefront home is ready for more summer fun!

Before during and after.
The client stated that he doesn't want his grandchildren to get splinters.
We sanded every board on this pool deck with a two step system, using Festool Sanders and dust collectors to prevent a dusty mess. Then we applied Expert Stain & Seal Supply clear oil sealer. This deck is smooth, protected, and splinter free!
