A complete bathroom remodel with a full layout rework to improve both function and finish.

This project included a brand new custom tile shower, frameless glass enclosure, added closet storage, new drywall, new flooring, new trim, and all new finish work throughout the space.

The goal was to create a bathroom that felt clean, timeless, and much more intentional — and this one turned out beautifully.

If you’re thinking about building a deck this year, here’s something most people don’t realize until it’s too late…

The layout matters more than the size.

I’ve seen a lot of decks that are technically “nice”… but don’t actually function well for how people use them.

Things like:• Where the stairs land• Traffic flow from the house• Sun exposure• Grill / seating placement• Future additions (hot tub, pergola, etc.)

These are the decisions that make or break the project — and they’re usually not talked through enough before building.

I’m starting a new deck project soon and going through this exact process right now.

Another kitchen remodel wrapped up!

This space got an entirely new purpose with kitchen being moved into this area, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, updated appliances, and finish work throughout. The goal was a kitchen that felt brighter, more functional, and more custom to the home — and this one came together really well.

The cabinet color, clean tile lines, warm floors, and mixed finishes gave it a sharp, timeless look without feeling sterile.
