We’re specifically looking for someone who takes pride in their finish work — taping, mudding, sanding, and leaving walls/ceilings smooth and ready for paint. Clean, professional work and attention to detail are a must.

At Ruschke Builders, we specialize in high-quality remodeling, decks, additions, and exterior projects throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. We aren’t interested in being the cheapest contractor—we’re focused on craftsmanship, professionalism, and building a company people are proud to work for.

What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years of residential construction experience preferred
✅ Ability to work independently and lead projects
✅ Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Someone who cares about quality—not just getting to the next paycheck

What you’ll do:
• Remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
• Build decks, additions, and pole barns
• Install doors, windows, trim, siding, and more
• Work directly with homeowners while maintaining a clean, professional job site

• Pay $30-40/hour based on experience and ability to run projects

This 24×40 post-frame building was built from the ground up, including concrete, framing, steel roofing and siding, windows, doors, soffit, and fascia!

We built the basket ourselves and filled it with a mix of builder-inspired goodies, tools, snacks, and a few Ruschke Builders touches.

Another one wrapped up 💪

This roof was starting to show its age — worn shingles, granule loss, and a few problem areas. We tore everything off and put on a fresh new system - new roof deck, underlayment, vents, and shingles
