Ruschke Builders is Hiring – Lead Carpenter / Skilled Carpenter
We’re growing and looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way.
At Ruschke Builders, we specialize in high-quality remodeling, decks, additions, and exterior projects throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region. We aren’t interested in being the cheapest contractor—we’re focused on craftsmanship, professionalism, and building a company people are proud to work for.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years of residential construction experience preferred
✅ Ability to work independently and lead projects
✅ Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Someone who cares about quality—not just getting to the next paycheck
What you’ll do:
• Remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements
• Build decks, additions, and pole barns
• Install doors, windows, trim, siding, and more
• Work directly with homeowners while maintaining a clean, professional job site
What we offer:
• Pay $30-40/hour based on experience and ability to run projects
• Year-round work
• Opportunity to grow into a leadership role
• A company that values quality over cutting corners
• A respectful, drama-free work environment
If you’re the kind of person who notices when a reveal is off by 1/8”, cleans up after yourself, and wants to build projects you’ll be proud to put your name on, we’d love to talk.
