This Edmonds home has a story that goes back decades.

The owners raised their family here. Their children grew up here. And this was not just a house their father bought. He and other family members helped build parts of it. They did it brick by brick.

Once that work is complete, we’ll move into texture, primer, and paint — the point where the rooms will really start to feel fresh, clean, and transformed.

It may not be the most glamorous part of the renovation, but this is where the transformation really starts. Repair the walls, improve the lighting, and create a clean foundation for everything that comes next.
