Finally got this project wrapped up.

Had to clear trees out from the driveway back to the property line. Lots of big hedge trees and lots of hackberry trees.

Then I hauled in about 280 tons of new rock to build up where the driveway had eroded, and covered the entire length of the driveway with fresh rock.

Wow! What a difference! Now they are able to drive without dodging potholes, and dragging limbs on their vehicles.

Customer had a problem with water seeping into the basement due to lack of proper drainage. After doing some grading and creating a gentle slope away from the house there should be no more issues!

They also wanted an area leveled to put a storage shed etc.

Got a drive way cut in and graveled, some property cleared, and started finishing around an outdoor pavilion.

Airport job completed!

This grass runway was rough and had an area where there was a decent sized hump that caused the airplanes to want to lift into the air when they were landing.

Pristine Landworks took care of it by grading out the problem area and then running the power rake over the rougher area in the most used part of the runway.

Customer wanted a graveled area in the trees to set up a sitting and play area for kiddos, as well as a graveled apron around the perimeter of the house. They decided to put new rock on the driveway as well.

After several rain delays I finally got this job done. Had some old concrete building pads that the customer wanted removed and an old building demoed. I dug a pit and burned the old building and hauled off the concrete debris.

Got it cleaned up and ready for some grass seed to go down.
