New construction speculative home we're building in Bayview. Working hard to get the outside done before the start of winter.

1924 Craftsman Duplex in MAJOR disrepair. We purchased the property without being able to see the inside. New roof (and decking on building and garage), 47 new windows, 13 new glass block windows, all new water lines throughout the building, two new furnaces and A/C units, two new water heaters. That's only the large items, a lot of work went into transforming this neglected building back to her former glory. Sold the first day on the market.

Transformation we completed early summer 18'. Two 30 yard dumpsters packed full of junk and trash. Sold in 36 hours!! Unfortunately, didn't take too many before pics.

There are two buildings on a small city lot that is 45' wide x 120' deep. As tall as the rear building is, you can't see it from the street, there is a sidewalk on the left of the front building that goes to the rear. These are side x side units (2).
