When a customer says they’d give us 10 stars if they could… ⭐️

We recently received this wonderful Google review from Sandra after completing her kitchen remodel and new flooring on the main level of her home.

What stood out to us most was hearing that Rich listened to what they wanted, respected their budget, and worked with them to create the larger, family friendly kitchen they envisioned without trying to change their minds about what they wanted.

“I love our new kitchen and our new floors on the main level and would hire Rich Improvements again. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

That’s exactly the experience we want homeowners to have when they choose Rich Improvements — someone who listens, gives honest guidance, respects what you’re trying to accomplish, and has the experience to help bring it all together.

Thinking about remodeling your kitchen or another area of your home? We’d be happy to talk with you about your project.

🏠 Second-Story Addition Underway in Wauwatosa!

Rich Improvements LLC is currently working on a second-story addition in Wauwatosa, creating additional living space for these homeowners while being thoughtful about how the new space integrates with the existing home.

We worked closely with the architect to develop a plan that would give the homeowners the additional space they needed without requiring extensive structural modifications to the existing home.

This project includes:

🔨 A new bedroom and bathroom
☀️ Motorized, solar-powered venting skylights in the new bedroom, including one that also serves as an egress skylight
🏠 A new roof on the entire home
🏡 LP® SmartSide® shakes and siding on the new dormer to complement the existing exterior
🛠️ And much more as the project comes together

Thoughtful planning can make a big difference when determining the best way to add space to an existing home. We’re excited to see this transformation come together!

Thinking about adding more space to your home? We’d be happy to help you explore the possibilities.
