A client in Towner, ND contacted us to address a soft spot in their bathroom floor so the home would remain in sellable condition and avoid potential issues during the selling process. After removing the existing flooring, we found damaged subflooring around the toilet area that needed to be repaired before new flooring could be installed.

Their smoke alarms were also expired so we replaced those as well. Don’t forget to replace them every 10 years!
