Brookside new build bathroom reveal! Primary bath built out with a double vanity, custom cabinetry, stone countertops, and a balanced lighting and mirror layout. Powder bath finished with full wall treatment and precise fixture installation. Secondary bath completed with a single vanity, tile flooring, and coordinated hardware and plumbing fixtures. Vaulted ceilings are complete, new windows and door are in! The new master bath and hall bath are fully framed, and we’re deep into plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough ins. Hardwood floors are going in now, and once that’s wrapped up, we move into Sheetrock. It’s all starting to come together.

Stucco installation is complete and we’re now in the curing phase for the next 3 weeks before moving into the next steps. Inside, hardwood floors are finished, and we’re currently working on trim and doors. Tile and brick has been delivered and will be going in soon. Big progress all around!
