The property owner is responsible for charges if I get stuck on your property for any unknown circumstances not told about and any damages to my equipment for debri that is left the owner is responsible for all repair to my equipment.

Due to the rising cost of fuel i had to increase my rates to help the cost of fuel.
My rates are 50 an hour with a 4 hour minimum which includes 1 hour of travel time and anything after 3 hours of cutting is going to be $20.00 an hour.
