I am looking for GC and sub-contractors who are willing to do subworks. I could use the help on framing, drywall, windows and doors, flooring, cabinets windows and doors, and finish carpentry.
I am not selling leads. I have the work, I was just asked by the investor that we are working with to see what we can do to speed things up. I will sub you what I am getting paid for the work, just to speed things up p and make my customer happy.
And for those of you that are not used to working with investors and other contractors, this is not for you
