As many of you know, our area has already experienced historic flooding, and over the past few days we’ve also seen wind gusts exceeding 60 mph that have caused damage throughout the community. With additional rain and another atmospheric river forecasted, there is a real possibility of further flooding and wind-related damage.

If your home or property has been impacted—whether from water intrusion, roof or siding damage, fallen trees, or any other storm-related issues—please know that we are here to help. Big shout out to Diamond Plate Electrical Services and Chris Mesa for coming out to one of to my job sites today they had a big job swaping out these old defunct panels. Fast and responsive absolutely the best possible service for commercial electrical thank you as always.

Do you have a panel that the breakers look like this one? Let me know, let's learn about it. This panel was never recalled, BUT, it does have known issues of the breakers failing and causing fires. The other reason to have a conversation is age and ability to get replacement breakers. I like to say that 40 years is pretty old for a panel. These were installed as late as the '80's. They are approaching that 40 years. It is highly suggested to get that changed out.

Happy 4th of July!

Today, on the birthday of our nation, I want to express my deep gratitude for all the good we have in this country—the freedoms we enjoy, the systems we rely on, and the incredible gift of being able to change things when we believe they can be better.

We may not be perfect, and we may not be the best at everything, but we are a great nation. Our future is ours to shape—through our choices, our values, and our actions.

Let’s never forget the men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom. Let’s never forget those who died in pursuit of a better future, so that we could live with more opportunity, more security, and more hope.
