The men who help keep INCA moving forward 💪🌿

Behind every successful project is a team of people you can count on, and these two are a huge part of mine.

Julio is our right-hand man in the field, the person we rely on to help keep things running and get the job done. Michael is my partner in life and business, standing alongside me through all the challenges and victories that come with running a family company.

These two play such an important role in what we do, and I'm incredibly grateful for their hard work, loyalty, and dedication to INCA. Building and maintaining a business takes a village, and I know how fortunate I am to have people like them in my corner.

Today, we're proud to spotlight them in front of the Pacific Grove Library, one of the properties we're honored to maintain.

🚧🌿 Great Projects Start with Great Planning!

Construction is underway with McNickle Construction, and our team at INCA Landscape Management is getting ready for the upcoming landscaping phase!

Tomorrow, we'll be installing sleeves for irrigation and lighting beneath the driveway and through designated hardscape areas to ensure irrigation lines can be installed without disturbing finished surfaces later on. Our irrigation manifold is also assembled and ready to go! 💧

The behind-the-scenes details matter! Proper planning and coordination between trades help set the stage for a successful landscape installation.

There’s something magical about a garden when everything is lush, full, and perfectly in its place. These gorgeous ferns have completely settled in and are putting on quite a show today! 💚

🌿 The True Meaning of Family Owned & Operated
When we say family owned and operated, we really mean it ❤️ 3 generations strong 💪🏾

INCA was founded by Grandpa Mario in 1981, and all these years later, you can still find him out in the field, checking on tge maintenance crews and keeping an eye on things 🌿

Mom and Dad (Michael and Ashley) are out in the gardens and going over jobs.

Our SP crew is out there planting, building, maintaining, and making beautiful spaces for our clients.

And then there’s our youngest… 🥹💚

He may be a little too young for the payroll, but he’s already learning the family business—playing with the tools, “helping” the guys plant, and soaking up everything happening around him.

It’s pretty special to look around and realize that three generations of our family are part of INCA.

From Grandpa starting this company in 1981 to the next generation playing in the dirt beside us today… this is more than a business.

This is our family. This is our legacy. This is INCA 🌿❤️

Pacific Grove never disappoints ❤️💛

A little garden refresh in PG just across the street from beautiful Lovers Point Beach 🌊

Fresh gravel, a new natural rock border, and some fresh plants gave this little garden a whole new feel 🦋

But honestly… the view from where we were working that day! 😍🌊☀️

There’s something pretty special about getting to create and care for landscapes in places like this. A little garden, a little refresh, and one unforgettable Monterey Peninsula view.
