A question homebuyers, especially new homebuyers, might ask is: “Is an appraisal and home inspection the same thing? If I’ve gotten an appraisal, I don’t need a home inspection, right?”

We definitely understand how it can be confusing, but we’re here to tell you that a home inspection is NOT the same as an appraisal! Today's Tuesday Tip is all about your roof!

Here are a few things you can do to extend its lifespan and prevent costly repairs:
