Experienced carpenters/framers wanted for custom home building/full stick frame/no panels.
Will train if some experience, motivated, and reliable!
-Full time m-thurs approx 7-4:30 with short day Fridays most weeks
-Bi weekly payroll….w2 ONLY
- health partners health/dental ins available after 90
-Paid holidays and pto after 60
-overtime available regularly but not required
If you know how to frame safely and quickly we wanna talk to you! Will pay top $$ for the right workers!
Must:
-Reliable transportation/valid dl or ride
-Be RELIABLE m-f: Reliability is a must!!
-Good work ethic and mannered
-have good work wear/toolbags and hand tools
-lift 60 # regularly
-not scared of heights or ladders
-experience in all aspects of standard home building from chalking out , to building walls, to truss set, to roof sheeting, to gable sheeting, to house wrap, to window installing etc etc
-work well in a team setting but also able to be assigned site list with self motivation/drive/willingness
-Be willing to work in all 4 seasons of lovely mn
-1 yr experience minimum prefered but willing to train highly motivated individuals
Pay:
$22-$45
Based off “proven” experience
Bonuses offered regularly to aggressive workers
Owner (me)is onsite 95% of time so proven means more then conversation!
Busy and consistent schedule mostly framing new houses(mostly high end custom), finishing decks/porches. But we also do some smaller remodels, pole sheds, and exterior upgrades
Most of jobsites are within a 25 mile radius of Delano, Mn
