Meet Deston, our neighborhood construction director and project manager at The Hill. Deston likes being involved in a little bit of everything. From solving the unexpected puzzles that construction brings to getting hands-on with projects, no two days look quite the same.

One project that stands out to him is our McAlister office. He helped bring the space to life, and now gets to walk in every day knowing he played a part in building it.

When he’s not on the job, you can probably find him playing golf. He’ll be the first to tell you he’s not necessarily playing well, but he plays a lot. ⛳️

We’re grateful to have people like Deston on our team who bring problem solving, experience, and a hands-on approach to every project.

The McAlister Construction post-design walkthrough is a master class in building details.

Before we officially wrap up a project, our designers walk through the home with project managers to make sure all selections are correct and executed to the highest standard. It's also a time to reflect on the design vision for the home and talk through what might be repeated or changed in future projects.

It's one more step in making sure every home meets our standards.

The lodges at Hope Is Alive are coming together!

These facilities will house residents of The Healing Center, an intensive 45-day program that provides a transformative experience for individuals battling addiction.

We are grateful to be a part of the life-changing impact these lodges will have.
