This is Enil Edgardo Martinez, a young man on my crew who works twice as hard as everyone else to do this work. He is an inspiration to me. Always a smile and good attitude and he roofs with the best of them. Yesterday I decided that I am going to help him get a prosthetic as he uses a crutch all day. He's from Honduras and doesn't have any family or support. This is what tuff looks like boys. This boy has more heart than you could measure, no excuses no complaints. Motorcycle accident at 14 in Honduras. Recently amputated because of a fall and infection. Hasn't slowed him down yet.
