🚧 Utility Construction Foreman
Location: Morgantown, WV
Job Type: Full-Time
Snider & Son is seeking an experienced Utility Construction Foreman to lead field crews in the horizontal drilling for underground utilities. This is a hands-on leadership role to manage crews, keep projects on schedule, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Complete and maintain work reports.
* Supervise and lead daily operations of utility construction crews.
* Oversee horizontal drilling of underground utilities (water, sewer, gas, etc)
* Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
* Reports directly to/and assist field supervisor with all aspects of projects as needed.
* Track job progress and maintain project timelines.
* Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications:
* 2-5+ years of utility or heavy civil construction experience.
* Proven foreman experience.
* Knowledge of underground utility installation.
* Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
