Bears Properties and Construction (Plumbing) is a small, Christian-owned and operated business dedicated to providing quality plumbing services. Our expertise covers all aspects of residential plumbing and new construction projects. In addition to plumbing, we offer a variety of services including bathroom remodeling, and more.
Licensing and Experience:
Our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring peace of mind for every client. Although we opened our doors in 2021, our owner brings extensive experience to the business. He has been a licensed plumber in the State of Illinois since 2018 and began his journey in the plumbing industry as an apprentice in 2013.

We are committed to delivering the best possible plumbing solutions to each and every customer at a fair price! With a wealth of experience, we will continue to successfully assist real estate investors, contractors, and members of the general public with a wide range of plumbing needs.
