A deck and sunroom with no proper footings, only a foot deep. Our client wanted a nice "facelift" deck, but once demo started, it was clear that wasn't going to be the case. Sometimes you have to keep going to insure things are done proper, safe, and quality to last as long as it possibly can. This deck is now new, with proper footings pinned to the ledge below, as well as the sunroom footings. Even a new set of stairs! The railings are on order, stay tuned! This deck is beautiful! Finished pictures to come!
