Took an oak island to urethane (evergreen fog Sherwin). Two tone door and entry urethane (ripe olive and crème Sherwin). Bathroom repaint walls (serendipity Sherwin) Oak cabinet to urethane (white dove Sherwin). Why use urethane compared to standard paint? Standard paint when put on doors and cabinets flake off over time. Urethane can also handle scuffs and abuse better.

We handle a little bit of everything. On this project, we mechanically ground and acid-etched the concrete, assisted with the epoxy flooring, installed rubber cove base, hooked up the stove and ice maker, and moved the vending machine and other appliances. Five Pines is now offering epoxy floors.

One coat bonding primer, one coat of shellac primer, three coats of Sherwin Williams Cashmere, two coats of emerald urethane on the trim. Smoke bleed through was crazy on this one. Turned out crisp after all.
