•Processing AR/AP
•Customer/Vendor management
•Schedule management
•Reconciliations
•Project Budget management
•Bonding/Insurance processing
•Procurement/Expense tracking
•Notary services
•Project close-out documentation
•Inspection/Permit tracking
•Other office duties as assigned
We are located in Mount Juliet. This will be a full time on-site role. Occasional travel possible.
