Today, we’re proud to shine the spotlight on Michael Reynolds, one of the people who has been there with us from the very beginning of Nance Plumbing!

Michael has been in the plumbing industry for 8 years and joined Nance Plumbing as our second employee. So, you could say he’s our #1 #2! 😄 He has been an important part of our team from day one, and we truly appreciate everything he brings to our company.

Michael is selfless, dependable, and always willing to help. He finds genuine joy in helping our customers and lending a hand to anyone in need. Whether it’s plumbing, a big project, or simply helping another crew get the job done, Michael is always ready to jump in and do whatever is required.

In fact, he’s often the first one to call the boss at the end of the day to ask if he needs help with his crew! That kind of dedication says a lot about who Michael is—not just as an employee, but as a friend and teammate.

When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, getting outdoors, and riding ATVs and dirt bikes.

Michael is a friend to all, and we are incredibly thankful and proud to have him as part of our Nance Plumbing family and team. He brings tremendous quality, value, and dependability to our company, and we know we can always count on him to get the job done.
