🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet the Boss! 🌟

This week's Employee Spotlight is on the man behind it all—Jeremy Nance, Owner/Operator of Nance Plumbing!🚰🔧

If you've ever met Jeremy, you know he's the kind of guy who carries the weight of the world on his shoulders but still manages to show up every day with a smile, a joke, and a determination to get the job done right. He doesn't just own the business—he's out in the field every day, working alongside his team and making sure every customer receives the quality service they deserve.

Jeremy has been in the plumbing industry since high school gaining him over 20 yrs experience. Over the years, he worked for several local plumbing companies, gaining the knowledge and experience that helped him earn his Master Plumber License in June 2023. A few months later, with the help of his devoted wife ❤️, he proudly opened Nance Plumbing in October 2023.

What drives him every day? Taking pride in every single job and making sure it's done correctly the first time so every customer is taken care of and completely satisfied.

Favorite Part of the Job: Going home... but also knowing every job was done right! 😆

Skills: Good at everything. (His words... and honestly, we're not arguing. 😂)

Fun Fact: He bites his nails.

Favorite Quote: "If you're not first, you're last." 🏁

When Jeremy isn't working, his favorite place to be is with his family and friends. He finds genuine joy in making other people happy and would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. And if you ask anyone in his house... they'll tell you his dogs might just hold the #1 spot in his heart. 🐶😂
