There were two big piles of trash on this property and scrap where someone had tried to burn it all as well as two old barns filled with garbage and scrap as well, we got everything hauled away and cleaned up and bladed off a good ways around where everything was sitting. Some serious brush removal on this one! There was several miscellaneous brush piles along the driveway then about an 1/8th mile run of barbed wire of fence that had been completely consumed by briar bushes and small trees growing up through it to the point it was obstructing the ditch line that was there, causing the rain water run off to always wash over the driveway and taking quite a bit of gravel with it. There were also a few small stumps near their barn keeping them from being able to mow all the way up to it on that side. This driveway had some serious potholes and crowning where the gravel had worked out past its original edges, we busted up all of the potholes and bladed and scarred the whole driveway and spread new CA-6 gravel and roll packed it in. In-between mother nature not exactly being able to make up her mind on rain or sunshine we were finally able to get the new framing up and the stairs mostly assembled and anchored to the deck and temporary posts. Now, on to the floor boards & railing, stay tuned!
