What can we say? It's been a week.

High winds, downed trees, broken poles, and outages kept our crews busy around the clock.

What stood out most wasn't the damage, though—it was the response from our members.

In a week when frustration would have been understandable, we were met with patience, encouragement, prayers, and gratitude. Our crews heard countless kind words from people who just wanted to say thank you and check on their safety.

That doesn't happen everywhere.

So now it's our turn to thank YOU! We are incredibly fortunate to serve a membership that reminds us that we're neighbors helping neighbors. Your support means more than you know, especially during long days and late nights.

Thank you for the grace you've shown your cooperative employees this week. It continues to be a privilege to serve our neighbors and member-owners every single day. Have a great weekend!

The wind continues to create challenges across our service territory, with additional trees coming down, broken poles, and scattered outages being reported in all three counties we serve.

Our crews are actively responding and working as safely and quickly as possible to restore power. With strong winds still affecting the area, new outages may continue to occur even as existing outages are repaired.

If you encounter downed power lines, stay away and assume they are energized. Report outages or hazardous conditions to our office immediately.

We appreciate your patience and support as our crews work through these difficult conditions. Please keep them in your thoughts as they continue restoration efforts throughout the day and into the evening if needed.
