Neither rain, nor sleet, nor snow will keep us from being productive today.
We are tearing into a house today that has endured an extensive amount of rot on its subfloor framing to the point that the rim joist crumbles to the touch.
It can be built cheap but fixing it right in the end is always more expensive than doing it right the first time.

The days it pays to drive a big truck....this full pallet of 12x24 tile will soon be going in on an upcoming repair/remodel project.

We are excited to be partnering with KeenBean Coffee Roasters and taking on this unique project!

We will be revamping this old structure into a fully functioning roasting location with a drive thru and walk up window where everyone will be able to get your favorite coffee treat with a smile and awesome service in true KB fashion!

Today on one of our ongoing projects we were able to build temporary walls, remove existing interior walls, & install structural beams.
This allowed for a much more open feel between the kitchen, living and dining areas.

Beams are a great way achieve that desirable open floor plan!

We were able to get trusses set on this nice shop building today after yesterday’s winds and rain prevented it.
Everything is framed 2’ on center, with direct bearing support under every engineered truss. You can build it cheaper but you can’t build it better.
Thank you to Rick Bee’s, & Chad Ricketts for spending a couple hours picking and setting trusses

The renovation and modernization of this old farmhouse is well underway. The old steel siding was removed, where there was batt insulation was removed and spray foam was injected.
All the windows have been replaced with efficient Low E glass vinyl windows.
Up next is soffit, fascia, some vinyl board and batt siding with stone accents.
The interior is getting just as extensive facelift as well. Stay tuned for that update!

We recently had the opportunity of working on the exterior of the John Cowherd Attorney At Law office. We replaced and upgraded the windows, replaced some areas of deterioration and gave it a great looking paint combination.
They have been awarded with the business Beautification Award by the MVCBC. It’s always a honor to have a hand in beautifying our home town.
