I want to officially introduce myself and share that I am running for Franklin County Precinct 4 Commissioner.

My name is Robert Summerlin. I proudly worked for Franklin County for eight years, including seven years serving as a foreman. During that time, I worked under three different County Commissioners: Sam Young, Charlie Emerson, and Scott Newsome. That experience gave me a clear understanding of how the job should be done and what our community needs.

My background is hands on and practical. I have extensive road and bridge experience and have worked as a heavy equipment operator, mechanic, and welder. I know what it takes to keep our roads safe, our equipment running, and taxpayer dollars used wisely.

I am running because I care about Precinct 4 and believe experience matters. I am committed to hard work, accountability, and serving our community with honesty and common sense.
