Yesterday was closing day on 207 Kori Ct. As excited as we are for our buyers, it always feels a little bittersweet when we pass on ownership.

These houses truly feel like a labor of love for us. We are proud of what we are creating here, and even though our work is done, you might still catch us driving by- just to take a look and remanence.

I decided to put together a little welcome packet for our buyers, including our builders warranty, all of their appliance and fixture manuals, and this super cute welcome guide to Mt. Vernon.

We love our community and our local businesses, so what better way to highlight both than with a welcome guide & some gift cards to a couple of our favorite spots?
Each time we sell a house, we’ll purchase a few gift cards from some of our local businesses to gift to our buyers, so we can continue to support our established community while providing quality homes for families new to the area 💚

We’re sure our buyers will love Mt. Vernon as much as we do.

Check out these cool features built specifically for the kitchen. A spice drawer, sheet pan drawer, utensil storage. All of this, along with a full sized butler’s pantry makes this home a chef’s dream! The kitchen is the heart of the home and that’s why it’s our favorite room to pay extra attention to ❤️

Auston was staining the exterior cedar accents.
Brent & his kids/&dad were laying flooring & tile.
Ronnie was building & staining kitchen cabinets.
Dana and Logan were out shopping for lighting fixtures & mirrors while supplying the men food/refreshments for working all weekend.
