Sometimes you don’t need new gutters… you just need someone willing to actually put in the work. 👏

Another company told this customer they needed all new gutters. We said “give us a chance first.” A good cleaning, some elbow grease, and we brought them back to life while saving our customer money.

Some of y’all have known us as Mountain Works Remodeling, but moving forward we’ll officially be operating as Mann Builders LLC.

This name means a lot more to us than just a rebrand.

Mann Builders was originally my late father-in-law’s business and before him, his father carried the same name. It’s stood for hard work, honesty, and doing things the right way. The kind of name people respected.

I never got the chance to meet him personally, but through the stories I’ve heard, the family he raised, and the reputation he left behind, it’s easy to see the kind of man he was.

As those of you who know us personally already know, Jasper is my bonus son and Justin’s biological son. What started as co-parenting turned into real family, and somewhere along the way we realized we shared the same vision to build something bigger than ourselves that we could one day pass down to our kids.

So when Justin and I decided to go into business together, carrying on the Mann Builders name felt right. Not just because of where it came from, but because of what we want it to stand for moving forward: family, loyalty, hard work, and leaving behind something our children can be proud of.

This is more than construction to us. It’s legacy.

Different chapter. Same values.
Hard work. Integrity. Quality craftsmanship.

We’re proud to continue under the Mann Builders LLC name, and we truly appreciate everyone who continues to support us along the way.
