I-Joist construction is great to see under houses. However, make sure your builder is still providing adequate and evenly spaced down supports needed for dead load requirements. This beautiful home was a tricky one when it came to our jacking and supporting process. But we got the Coleman’s fixed up just right! We even got some homemade pumpkin bread upon completion!

This one was quite the undertaking! Full sub structure, rim, sill, main beam & all new piers completed for our client recently. This once dilapidated mountain getaway is almost unrecognizable and hitting the market in the near future.
