Moxee Park Sculpture

Moxee Park Sculpture A sculpture and sign have been designed to attract visitors to Moxee's park. So, currently, the design is being refined to be constructed.

This Page will provide an explanation and newsfeed of the design as it progresses through ideation to manifestation. Moxee is hopin’ not only because it is hop harvest but because its revamped park has a sculpture and sign design in the works! It will be an installation that encompases the contextual landscape and history of Moxee. This page provides an insider look to the design for anyo

ne who is interested in the design concept and future piece to compliment Moxee Park. The design was presented to the Moxee City Council on July 11th, 2013, and it was approved for the go ahead. The anticipated completion date is in Spring 2014. Please take a look at the photos, the design inspiration and the concept. Post what you think and follow along as the design progresses. If you have a more direct question or comment, you can reach the designer, Katie, at [email protected]

With the sculpture all dressed up, it looks officially complete as a true threshold into our hop culture and community. Enjoy the Hop Festival everyone! And thanks Jacob Roy and Curtis Roy for hanging up the hop vines.
