We installed a mini split Sunday. Decided to weld the air handler instead of using the flairs that come with the system. What a lot of hvac companies won’t tell you is that is a major leak point no matter how good the flair is. Time always makes it leak. We installed the system and had it running in 3 hours made the customer extremely happy. Give us a call if you need a mini split installed or with any hvac issues. (931)414-8568

Had a service call the call was for no cooling. Found a bad capacitor and a really dirty condenser coil. Changed the capacitor out and cleaned the coil got the unit back cooling again. Charged the customer for a maintenance instead of a service call because with our maintenances a capacitor is included. We had a service call in Nashville yesterday and the lady told us that her units wasn’t cooling. We arrived at her house found dead batteries in one Tstat another unit had a bad capacitor and has been trying to run for a couple of days it got so hot it melted the disconnect box. We changed out the capacitor and the box got that unit running. Another had a refrigerant leak so we located the leak and topped her off. Ordered the part needed to fix the leak. Then we washed all of her coils outside and got her cooling again.

Remember folks you can get a sprinkler and have it spraying on your outside coil of your hvac unit to allow it to cool a little more efficiently.
