We had a service call in Nashville yesterday and the lady told us that her units wasn’t cooling. We arrived at her house found dead batteries in one Tstat another unit had a bad capacitor and has been trying to run for a couple of days it got so hot it melted the disconnect box. We changed out the capacitor and the box got that unit running. Another had a refrigerant leak so we located the leak and topped her off. Ordered the part needed to fix the leak. Then we washed all of her coils outside and got her cooling again.

Remember folks you can get a sprinkler and have it spraying on your outside coil of your hvac unit to allow it to cool a little more efficiently.

Got the privilege of getting on top of a commercial roof today. The thermometer only read 116 so wasn’t to bad could’ve been 120 🤣😆😂 we are truly blessed to have people trust us to come out and fix their hvac systems.
