Quick question worth sitting with — who in the facility actually experiences the field?

Twenty-two players, a few hours a week. Everyone else — parents, students, donors, recruits, the entire community — experiences everything around it. The concourse, the entry, the common spaces, the practice areas. That’s the part that brings the money back. That’s what people remember and want to come back to.

We can handle the field too. But it’s the smallest piece of what makes a campus great. Make the field look amazing. Make everything else feel just as good.
