We spent some time down in Hagley Estates doing a Crawl Space Encapsulation for a Customer last month. We started by cleaning out the crawl space, removing the old water heater and the old insulation, Neutralizing the mold & mildew growth, replacing new insulation and installing a Dehumidifier to control the moisture.
