AdamEck HVAC is hiring for an Office Assistant position!
We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties may include answering phones, scheduling, dispatching, customer accounts, data entry, record keeping, reports, bill pay, permits, warranty claims, and general office support.
Experience in customer service or office administration is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
