Here is the exact scope of work completed on this shift:
☀️ 1. Summer Clean-Up Package Perimeter Trimming: Cleared back all tall weeds and straggling grass cleanly along the entire backyard picket fence line and patio hardscapes.
Debris Extraction: Hand-raked and high-velocity blew every square inch of turf and bed space to pull out heavy dead organic materials, twigs, and storm debris.
Perimeter Detailing: Meticulously hand-weeded and detailed active landscape beds, walkways, and foundation lines.
✂️ 2. Hedge & Shrub Trimming Service Property Placement (12 Shrubs Total): Precise ex*****on of a light structural trim and decorative sculpt on all twelve distinct shrubs surrounding the home's immediate footprint.
Foundation Perimeter: Height-balanced the shrub line running along the east side foundation wall and front of the home, creating a clean, protective air gap from the siding while maintaining a natural, uniform layout.
Spotless Extraction: Full raking and mechanical blowing of all generated green clippings out of the landscape beds and off the front concrete walkway.
🌾 3. Landscape Bed Maintenance & Re-Edging Service Manual De-Weeding: Deep-root extraction of all invasive grass, unwanted weeds, and wild seasonal overgrowth directly from the interior of all active landscape beds to protect the decorative plantings.
Mechanical Bed Edging & Shaper: Cut a sharp, professional deep-V earth edge along the entire perimeter of the garden zones, re-defining the formal curves and stopping turf grass from creeping into the soil lines.
Soil Surface Prep & Site Polish: Light hand-cultivated and raked the existing bed dirt to smooth out uneven soil pockets, prepping the surface area cleanly and clearing away old dead root networks. Finished with a comprehensive rake and mechanical blow to remove all extracted weeds, loose dirt, and edge-cut sod debris.
🌲 4. Tree Trimming & Structural Maintenance Backyard Pine Row (8 Trees): Executed a precise, structural thin-out on the mature pine tree line. Removed lower dead wood, thinned crowded branches, and cleared stray limbs completely off the fence grid for a neat, balanced backdrop.
Front Yard Feature Tree: Lifted the lower canopy for cleaner lawn clearance and removed dead, crossing, and weak branches to instantly skyrocket the front curb appeal.

Here is what is hitting the beds next week: 3 Cubic Yards of Premium Hardwood Mulch: We are installing a matching top-layer of premium, double-shredded Dark Brown hardwood mulch cleanly over the existing base—saving the client the unnecessary mess and expense of a full haul-away.
Precision Layering & Edging: Even distribution of a consistent 2-to-3-inch protective blanket across all designated zones. Every yard will be meticulously hand-tapered away from tree bases, shrubs, and foundation walls to protect plant health while keeping those freshly cut bed edges looking sharp and pristine.
Post-Install Cleanup: Full mechanical blowing of all turf perimeters and pedestrian walkways to clear away stray wood chips or organic dust, leaving the property immaculate.We don't do quick "hack-and-go" jobs.
