Today, Total Contracting owner Gabriel is on site at Harbour Cove Club on Gulf Shore Blvd. overseeing one of the most important phases of this balcony restoration project.

After installing new handrails on every unit, the team is now performing water flood tests to make sure each balcony drains exactly as it should. It's an all-hands-on-deck day—the crews are testing every balcony while the chief engineer is on site completing the final inspections before the project moves to the next phase.
