Good projects don’t stop at design, they carry through clearly into construction.

I met with our wonderful client Michelle & Sara on-site for a pre-bid walkthrough of the existing space, supporting builders as they evaluate conditions ahead of the Heights Wellness Retreat build-out.

These walkthroughs help ensure accurate pricing, clarify scope, and reduce surprises once construction begins.

Looking forward to seeing this project move into the next phase.

We’re proud to share the completion of this Nashville salon build-out for The Glam Studio.

This project was designed to create a refined, welcoming environment for clients while supporting the day-to-day needs of the business with an efficient and functional layout.

TKZ Architecture provided architectural services, life safety design and coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering to help move the project from vision to reality.
