Knocked this two-system replacement out with two 18 SEER ducted mini split systems. The reason for the whole-home surge protection was because the condensers’ electrical components along with many other items throughout the home were damaged after a lightning strike. We got everything replaced, back up and running, and added extra protection to help prevent this from happening again. Happy Thursday!

We love when we can save the day, that’s our calling.

This homeowner was being pressured into replacing their 5-year-old system simply because R410A refrigerant is being phased out and the newer government standard is replacing with R32 refrigerant. While that part is true, it DOES NOT mean replacement is your only option.

As long as parts are available, we can FIX just about anything! Even older R22 systems can still be repaired if parts are obtainable.

Now, is repairing older equipment always the best long-term investment? Not necessarily. But in this case, on a 5 year old system, a repair made perfect sense and saved the homeowner from spending thousands unnecessarily.

At the end of the day, our goal is to give homeowners honest options, not pressure them into replacements they may not need.

Knocked this one out! This customer called us in a panic because their upstairs system needed to be replaced, and with summer knocking on the door, they were feeling rushed.

After getting multiple bids that were all over the place, they appreciated our straightforward approach. We explain exactly what’s needed first, then go over any additional options they can choose from if they decide to upgrade. No pressure, just honest recommendations and quality work.

They were glad they gave us a call and experienced the honest, straightforward service every homeowner deserves when making a long-term investment in their home comfort.

Knocked this one out! We got caught in a rain storm, but waited it out and finished the job on the sunny side of things! ☀️ This was a coil and condenser replacement the homeowner decided to move forward with after dealing with multiple issues from their old equipment.

We even had a MONSTER dog helping supervise the install… can you believe that?! 🐶😂

Got this one knocked out! 💪
We even had a little helper on site, a caterpillar hanging out with us while we swapped out the outdoor unit 🐛

This being a modular home, we had to make a few custom modifications to make everything come together clean and look sharp. In the end, it turned out great and the customer was ecstatic, and that’s what it’s all about.

We repaired drain lines, thermostat wiring, and refrigeration lines today on a insurance job involving a lithium battery explosion 💥 Home owner had purchased an electric golf cart two days prior, and had it on the charger overnight when he and his family woke up to an explosion in the garage. Luckily, everyone escaped with no injuries. Let this be a lesson for anyone owning such things, and be sure to have a safety trip switch for when/if these things were to overheat. Have a good weekend everybody !!!! 😎☀️💦🌊
