Our NHS Mechanical family is mourning alongside our dear coworker, Christy Dunbar, following the heartbreaking loss of her son, CJ C**n, who tragically passed away in a car accident last week.

Friday night was a home run for the NHS Mechanical team, ending the week together with our families at the Nashville Sounds game!

Moments like these reflect the culture we continue to build and remind us that strong teams are built through meaningful relationships and spending time together outside of the day-to-day operations. We are proud to continue building a culture centered on teamwork, connection, and community.

Last month marked a significant milestone for NHS Mechanical as we kicked off our first annual technician appreciation trip!

For a decade, this tradition has honored the hard work and dedication of field technicians by sending a select group on an all-expenses-paid tarpon fishing trip in Boca Grande, Florida. Each technician was nominated by their peers within their department, recognizing those who consistently go above and beyond.

These individuals have earned the respect of their colleagues, making the recognition even more meaningful. We are proud to continue this tradition and celebrate the technicians who exemplify the best of our team. Their commitment, skill, and leadership in the field set the standard for excellence.

We look forward to making this an annual highlight for years to come.

Shoutout to our partners across the group: Hawks and Company, HSA Mechanical Services, LLC, and National HVAC Service. Bringing everyone together in Nashville reinforced the strength of our collaboration and shared commitment to excellence!

Beyond the numbers, this team knows how to connect! Great conversations and laughter over dinner at Fogg Street Lawn Club set the tone, followed by some friendly competition at The Great Big Game Show and The Escape Games, the energy never slowed down! It’s clear this group can step away from the spreadsheets and still show up with the same teamwork, energy, and drive that makes them so effective every day.
