POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with consistent opportunities for overtime. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring products are handled, stored, and shipped accurately and safely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-ORDER FULFILLMENT: Pick, pack, and prepare orders to meet safety and quality standards
-MATERIAL HANDLING: Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment; handle 35–50 lb refrigerant cylinders
-INVENTORY CONTROL: Assist with inventory counts and inspect products for accuracy
-LOGISTICS SUPPORT: Load and unload trucks and trailers
WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
REQUIREMENTS
Forklift experience and strong safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout shifts
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation to New Berlin, IL
