⚠️ CUSTOMER NOTICE – UPDATED PAYMENT POLICY / POLÍTICA DE PAGO ACTUALIZADA ⚠️

Due to supplier credit restructuring, effective immediately, all stock orders or special orders exceeding $10,000 will require full payment upfront before processing.

Unfortunately, we can no longer finance projects out of our own pocket. Continued payment delays from customers have created challenges with supplier payments and project funding.

Updated Payment Terms:

• Orders exceeding $10,000 — Paid in Full Required
• Orders under $10,000 — 50% Deposit Required to reserve and process order
• Special Orders under $10,000 — Eligible for 50% Deposit
• Labor/Installation Fees — Can be paid upon completion of installation

Please note:
No orders will be reserved, processed, or scheduled without the required deposit or payment.

Debido a una reestructuración en los créditos de nuestros proveedores, con efecto inmediato, todos los pedidos de inventario o pedidos especiales que superen los $10,000 requerirán el pago total por adelantado antes de ser procesados.

Lamentablemente, ya no podemos financiar proyectos con nuestros propios recursos. Los continuos retrasos en los pagos por parte de los clientes han generado dificultades en el pago a proveedores y en la financiación de proyectos.

Términos de pago actualizados:

• Pedidos superiores a $10,000 — Se requiere el pago total por adelantado
• Pedidos inferiores a $10,000 — Se requiere un depósito del 50% para reservar y procesar el pedido
• Pedidos especiales inferiores a $10,000 — Aplica el requisito del depósito del 50%
• Cargos por mano de obra/instalación — Pueden pagarse una vez finalizada la instalación
