This 12x24 A-Frame Garage is a absolute workhorse setup, built to give you effortless vehicle or mower access alongside dedicated storage.

The exterior is wrapped in Charcoal Gray SmartPanel siding with GP Clay Mira-TEC trim and corners, topped off with Pewter Gray shingles.

For main access, it features a 9' x 7' Insulated Overhead Garage Door equipped with black Stockton glass inserts, making drive-in storage a breeze with the included aluminum garage ramp. There’s also a 3-foot Black Garden Shed entry door on the side for quick access.

Inside, it’s framed super heavy-duty with 2x4 floor joists spaced at 8" on-center under 3/4" pressure-treated plywood flooring to easily handle vehicle weight. It also comes outfitted with a set of 3-tier shelves along the back wall for organized tool and gear storage.

This 10x14 A-Frame shows just how far you can take a finished studio space.

The exterior features Smooth LP Lap Siding in Light Gray, paired with Smooth White Mira-TEC trim, 8-inch overhangs all around, and Charcoal shingles up top. For the entrance, it’s set up with a set of 72" x 75" Prehung 15-Lite double doors in Black.

Natural light pours in through double-hung white inset windows on the front and two high-set 48x18 insulated awning windows placed near the top plate.

Inside, this build is completely finished and insulated from top to bottom. It features a 1-inch spray-foam insulated floor under 3/4" pressure-treated plywood topped with Ludlow vinyl plank flooring. The walls combine beaded plywood along the bottom with shadow gap paneling running up the rest of the walls and ceiling.

A fully insulated, fully finished setup ready to use as an office or lounge.
