Public Update from Wade Skindelien / ThermoSeal Insulation
Many people have wondered what happened to me and to ThermoSeal Insulation.
The truth is that our business has been effectively shut down since July 2025 while I’ve been fighting Lake Region Bank over serious financial and fraud issues. ThermoSeal was a big part of this community for years, and I owe it to everyone who supported us to explain why I’ve been silent.
Today the Kandiyohi County District Court accepted my filings in Case No. 34-CV-25-478, including:
A Motion for Judicial Recusal,
A Motion to Disqualify Opposing Counsel, and
An affidavit with evidence of what’s happened inside the bank.
I’m pursuing this through legal channels only, and everything filed is now public record. I’m not closing ThermoSeal—it’s still active—but without income, heat, or even basic resources I’ve been fighting just to survive and to make sure the truth comes out.
I appreciate everyone who stood by me. Please share this so people know I haven’t given up—just working quietly, building my case, and still believing that truth and hard work will matter in the end.

Public Update – Please Read & Share

Since 2020, I’ve been dealing with ongoing, documented problems involving our accounts at Lake Region Bank. Over the years, we’ve uncovered:

✅ Duplicate check numbers clearing through the bank
✅ Transactions mislabeled as “Western Union” that never actually happened at a terminal
✅ Dozens of unauthorized accounts opened in my name at outside banks
✅ QuickBooks logs showing thousands of unauthorized admin entries syncing with our bank
✅ Texts and emails from bank leadership acknowledging the fraud but refusing to investigate

This isn’t speculation. These are facts backed by documents, audit logs, complaint filings with the FDIC/CFPB/MN Dept. of Commerce, and sworn affidavits.

👉 What this means: for years, my business ThermoSeal Insulation and I personally have been caught in a nightmare of fraud, identity theft, and ignored disputes. Instead of real answers, we’ve faced lawsuits and retaliation.

1. To warn others – If you’ve had strange account activity, missing funds, or ignored fraud complaints at Lake Region Bank, please know you’re not alone.
2. To ask others to come forward – If you’ve had similar problems, I’d like to hear from you. Even anonymously.
3. To restart ThermoSeal – I’m not giving up. I built ThermoSeal from the ground up, and I want to get it running again.

After almost 14,000 hours it was time for a new heart in the foam rig! Lost a couple days of foaming but I have to give it up to my guys! We killed it with this install! . 😁

Career opportunity! $500 sign on bonus for qualified workers. ThermoSeal Insulation is currently looking for a full time laborer. Starting pay will depends on experience with a minimum $15 per hour. Full benefits package includes, Health Insurance, Life insurance, employer matched retirement, paid holidays and paid vacation. Home every night with a few exceptions that sometimes have a possible night or 2 gone. MUST have a strong work ethic, be able to work as a team in a fast paced work environment, and willing to learn. Advancement opportunities are available and the more you learn the more you earn. Qualified spray foamers can earn up to $40k-$50k + a year. CDL ( class B ) preferred but not required. Is anybody out there willing to sell/trade face masks? We need the 3M N95 with or without the check valve. The new KN95 masks that I can get don’t tight enough to keep the fiberglass particles out during installation. I would replace each mask plus pay a reasonable price ( not eBay price) for them. I feel like the long term safety of the guys that work here is being compromised. When your nose is full of fiberglass after blowing an attic your mask is not doing it’s job. The CDC does not require that type of mask for Covid-19 and most wear a paper or fabric mask that straps behind the ears. We need the double straps that go around your head.
