The Louisiana Fortify Homes Program will open its first round of grants for Louisiana Citizens policyholders at noon on October 2. Homeowners who are interested in the program are urged to create a profile before October 2.

Applications for the Fortified Homes Program open October 2nd at Noon for policyholders who have insurance through Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.

Homeowners who apply for a grant without having insurance coverage through Citizens will be removed from the offering. Grants will be opened to all homeowners later this year.
