Menu 11-17
1. Turkish Eggs with hummus- Scrambled egg, topped with Smokey tomato ragout, served with whole grain flat bread and sun-dried tomato hummus.
2. Egg & roasted potatoes- Scrambled eggs, served with seasoned potatoes with onions, bell peppers, Spinach, and turkey chorizo.
3. Stuffed Pita - Whole wheat pita, stuffed with scrambled eggs, sautéed onions, bellpeppers and spincach.
4. Beef Tamales- Slow cooked roast with garlic, onions, ancho chilies, rolled in masa and corn husk, topped with salsa, served with Mexican rice and pinto beans.
5. Country Pork Chops- Roasted center cut chops, served with white beans, and brown rice.
6. Turkey Chipotle Chili- slow cooked lean Turkey, with tomato, chipotle chilies, pinto beans, fresh herbs, spices and topped with carrots and white cheddar.
7. Chicken& Risotto- Roasted boneless chicken breast, fresh herbs, sweet onions, garlic, served with spinach and broccoli risotto.
8. Tortellini & Italian sausage- Tortellini stuffed with Spinach & low-fat cheese, tossed with artichoke, asparagus, tomatoes, Italian sausage links and a basil- garlic walnut oil.

3. Spinach Mushroom Quiche- Cremini mushrooms, fresh herbs, feta cheese, fresh yard eggs, baked in a light pie shell and served with sausage links.
4. Chicken fajita- Young chicken breast marinated in fajita seasoning, served with sautéed zucchini and brown rice pilaf.
5. Turkey Lasagna- Ground turkey, mixed light cheese, grilled vegetables, fresh basil, baby spinach, whole wheat lasagna noodles, and topped with savory marinara sauce.
6. Salisbury Steak- lean ground beef, topped with grilled onions & Green bell peppers, topped au jus, served with baby peas and cauliflower mashed.
7. Paleo Turkey& Chicken Gumbo- Slow cooked Turkey, pulled chicken, green onion, smoked turkey sausage, fresh herbs and served with brown rice. (Made with almond flour and coconut oil roux)
8. ​Blackened Pork chop- Center cut porkchops, topped with a sweet corn maque-choux, served with brown rice and roasted vegetables.

1. Belgian Waffles- Belgian waffles served with Scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage patties. (maple syrup on side)
2.Bagel stack- Fresh scrambled yard eggs, Canadian bacon, baby spinach, and diced tomatoes. all stacked on an everything bagel.
3. Eggs & pancakes- fresh yard egg scrambled, served with mini pancakes and breakfast links.
4. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, slow roasted chicken breast, low fat parmigiana and garlic cream sauce on top of penne pasta.
5. Cherry glazed Pork tenderloin- Slowly cooked tenderloin, topped with a cherry glaze sauce and fresh herbs, served with braised Brussel sprouts and cornbread dressing.
6. Turkey Meat Loaf- Ground turkey, onions, garlic, bell pepper, served with sweet potato mash, smothered green beans and topped with paleo ketchup.
7.Jambalaya- Brown rice, onions, celery, garlic, green bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken and smoked sausage.
8, Shepherd’s Pie- Thick and creamy beef stew slowly cooked with carrots, peas, onions, celery and topped with garlic & parsley mashed potatoes.

4. Provincial Chicken- Grilled Chicken breast, served with whole wheat pasta, tossed with olive oil, cherry tomatoes, artichoke, eggplant, onions, topped with a lemon capper sauce and feta cheese.
5. Beef and Broccoli- Grassfeed beef served with stir-fried broccoli and egg fried brown rice.
6. Jalapeno glazed Porkchop- Center cut porkchop, grilled with a Jalapeno honey glaze, served with brown rice pilaf and grilled Brussel sprouts.
7. Chicken Pot pie- Slow stewed young chicken, with diced carrots, celery, onions, garlic, mushrooms, peas, with Paleo almond flour and almond milk béchamel sauce.
