Here’s a little background on the team behind Titan Land Services.

At Titan Land Services, we believe quality work starts with experience, honesty, and treating people the right way.

Founded by Kyle Foster and Morgan Powell, Titan Land Services was built to provide dependable land management and site work services throughout Pinellas County and surrounding areas. While Titan is a new company, the experience behind it is anything but new.

Morgan brings over 13 years of hands on experience in site development and heavy equipment operations, working on everything from sewer and storm drain installations to building pads, grading, land clearing, and large scale site preparation. Throughout his career, he has worked with respected companies including Archer Western and Steger, gaining valuable experience on major projects and learning what it takes to deliver quality work the right way.

Kyle brings a strong background in business development, marketing, and customer relations. Having helped build and grow multiple successful businesses from the ground up, he understands the importance of professionalism, communication, and creating a company customers can trust. Together, Morgan and Kyle combined their experience and vision to build a company focused on reliability, integrity, and long term relationships.
