This one took a little extra planning.

The goal was to install a high-efficiency Mitsubishi Electric mini-split while keeping the exterior appearance clean and professional.

Instead of a standard exposed line-set installation, the refrigerant lines were routed through a concealed chase and painted to match the building for a finished look.

This detached building in New Smyrna Beach is getting transformed into a dedicated training space, and we were brought in to make sure it’s comfortable year-round.

We installed an LG Dual Inverter mini split system to provide efficient heating and cooling without the need for ductwork.

🚨 FROM 1986 TO 2026 🚨

This homeowner called after hours when their original 1986 HVAC system finally gave up.
