Thanks for trusting me to replace your boiler and getting that heat back in business for you. Grateful to the building for letting us work late. Single zone, sixth floor unit. Not your typical single hydronic zone once you try to factor in pipe friction and heat loss/ lack of insulation. For example, how often do you see an Xtrol 30 on a 3/4” piping install or a thermal loop off a header? Sometimes I scratch my head trying to apply all I’ve read with what I’ve learned in the field.

High end fixtures like this Lefroy Brooks shower body. They take a delicate touch and a lot of patience. If it’s a newer model it take two days just for technical specs to handle them properly. If you need parts replaced. It takes 2-4 weeks sometimes to get them delivered.
