Sergey Belov, Principal

Sergey Belov graduated from Cornell University in 2007 with a degree in Architecture. After working for various high profile architecture companies in New York, he received his NY and TX state architecture licenses. In 2016 Saint Elmo Architecture Studio (a P.C.) was formed in New York and subsequently expanded to Texas.

Stephanie Belov, Designer

Stephanie Belov’s background consists of working for high-end fashion and footwear design companies based out of Los Angeles and New York City since graduating from FIDM in 2008. She also holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. With the formation of Saint Elmo Architecture Studio, her main focus has shifted to the management, design, and marketing of design and art projects for the firm. She also actively freelances as a footwear designer in New York and Texas.
